Teacher is a personality that plays many role in his/her student's life. Teachers and professors have a wide variety of responsibilities, including developing classroom curriculam, teaching courses, proctoring exams and helping guide students toward academic success. Although all teachers have the same basic work functions, their jobs may vary significantly depending on their classroom placement and specialty.
Teachers are prepared to help their students in different skills and topics as per the stage of the students.
Such as :
Kindergarten and elementary school teacher works on improving basic skills of students such as reading, learning and writing. Understanding basic maths concepts. Some teachers incorporate various art and craft  and interactive activities in order to make their students understand the basic skills. They also teach various communication skills, behavioral skills as well as reading and understanding the chapters. At this stage teachers should be more delicate with the students.

Middle school teachers work with children above class Fifth i.e from Sixth to Eighth grade students. Here the work of teacher is to teach their students the advanced skills in education and life skills along with their teaching subjects. At this stage some specialized skills are also introduced to students such as music, biology, dance etc. to make the students get interact with other fields during this stage. At this stage the teachers may push their students a bit harder.

High School teachers work to teach their students about a specific field or area. Here the teachers are challenging their students to to solve various queries arose by them in order to enhance their learning skills and make students prepare in getting a good command on various areas that they have get taught by teachers. At this stage teachers also act as  mentor to make their students ready for higher education.
